Unactivated hardware can be returned within 14 days in original condition
Activated and customised tools are non-returnable once linked to your account
Damage in transit or a dead-on-arrival tool: report within 7 days for a free replacement
12-month manufacturer warranty with the RMA handled by Fusion Tuning
Digital downloads, subscriptions and file credits are non-refundable once issued
